Friday, 8th January 2010 will be a historical day in the regional operations of Maldivian with the operation of additional 3 flights to Trivandrum in order to bring home the Maldivians travelled for holidays and any remaining teachers before the opening of schools on the 10th of January.

Maldivian will be operating Dash8 300 aircrafts which are all 50 seater aircrafts on this day.
