1.    The information data and material ("Information") contained in this website ("website") has been prepared solely for the purpose of providing information about Island Aviation Services Limited ("IAS"/"we"/"us"/”our”), its subsidiaries and partners and the services that they offer. IAS is a limited company incorporated in the Republic of Maldives and registered under number no C-830/2007 and with a registered office at 26 Ameer Ahmed Magu, Male’ 20026, Republic of Maldives.

2.    Your access to the website is subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). By using the website you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and we therefore encourage you to click through to read the Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions please do not use the website.

3.    You agree:-

     a.    to abide by all applicable laws, regulations and codes of conduct when using the website and to be solely responsible for all things arising from your use of the website;

     b.    post, transmit or disseminate any information on or via this website which is or may be harmful, obscene, defamatory or otherwise illegal;

     c.    make any unauthorised, false or fraudulent booking;

     d.    use any software, routine or device to interfere or attempt to interfere electronically or manually with the operation or functionality of this website including but not limited to uploading or making available files containing corrupt data or viruses via whatever means;

     e.    deface, alter or interfere with the front end ‘look and feel’ of this website or the underlying software code;

     f.    take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on this website or related infrastructure;

     g.    obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorised access, via whatever means, to any of our networks.
     h.    not to use the website in any way which might infringe any rights of any third party or give rise to a legal claim against IAS by any third party;

     j.    not to obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorised access, through whatever means, to the website or other services or computer systems or areas of our, or any of our partners’, networks which are identified as restricted;

     a.    copying or storing of any Content for any reason other than personal use is expressly prohibited without prior written permission from IAS or the copyright holder identified in the copyright notice contained in the relevant part of the Content;

     b.    all copies must maintain copyright and other intellectual property notices contained in the original material.

8.    This website from time to time contains links to other related World Wide Web Internet sites, resources and sponsors of this website. Since IAS does not approve, check, edit, vet or endorse such sites, you agree that IAS is not responsible or liable in any way for the content, advertising or products available from such sites or any dealings that you may have, or the consequences of such dealings, with the operators of such sites. You agree that any dealings you have with such third party site operators shall be on the terms and conditions (if any) of the third party site operator and should direct any concerns regarding any external link to the site administrator or Webmaster of such site. IAS makes no representations nor does it take any responsibility in relation to the content of any sites accessed through these links.

9.    You may only link to this website with our express written permission. We expressly reserve the right to withdraw our consent at any time to a link which in our sole opinion is inappropriate or controversial.

10.    The carriage of passengers, baggage and cargo by air is subject to the Conditions of Carriage and regulations of the carrier concerned. Carriage of passengers and baggage on flights operated by IAS is subject to IAS's Conditions of Carriage. If the carrier operating your flight is not IAS, please contact that carrier for further details of their Conditions of Carriage. Other services and products described in this website may well be subject to terms and conditions, details of which may be obtained from IAS or their service provider (as applicable).

11.    Our liability and that of our franchisees and code share partners for loss, damage or delay to your baggage is limited by Montreal Convention or the Warsaw Convention. You may not, therefore, be able to recover from us the full value of your bags and their contents if they are lost or damaged.

12.    If you buy a ticket with restrictions you may suffer loss if you cannot use it.

13.    We recommend that you think carefully about buying travel insurance to cover loss if you cannot use your ticket or your baggage is lost or damaged.

14.    IAS may from time to time change, alter, adapt, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions and, if it does so, will post any such changes on this website. Your continued use of the website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

15.    IAS may also change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the website, including the availability of any features, information, database or content or restrict your access to parts or all of the website at its discretion without notice or liability.

16.    Without prejudice to any of our other rights (whether at law or otherwise) we reserve the right to cancel your bookings without reference to you where we  believe (in our absolute discretion) that you are in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.


17.    The website is provided "as is" without any representations or warranties (either express or implied), including but not limited to any implied warranties or implied terms of reliability, quality, functionality, absence of contaminants (including viruses, worms, trojan horses or similar), availability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. All such implied terms and warranties are hereby excluded to the extent allowed by law.

18.    While IAS uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information on the website, it makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy or completeness. IAS is not responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of such information. The information does not constitute any form of advice, recommendation or arrangement by IAS or its affiliates or any other party involved in the website and is not intended to be relied upon by users in making (or refraining from making) any decisions based on such information. 19.    While IAS takes all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service it will not be held responsible for the security of the website or for any disruption of the website however caused, loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto any computer system. You will remain responsible and liable for material you upload on to or access from the website and you will indemnify IAS in the manner set out in Clause 21 below in the Terms and Conditions in relation to your accessing or uploading.

20.    By accessing this website you agree that IAS will not be held liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or any other loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the website or from your access of other material on the internet via web links from this website.

21.    You agree to indemnify, keep indemnified, defend and hold harmless IAS and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, owners, agents, information providers and licensors (collectively the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, damages, liability, losses, costs and expenses (including legal fees) (whether or not foreseeable or avoidable) incurred or suffered by any Indemnified Party and any claims or legal proceedings which are brought or threatened arising from your use of, connection with or conduct on the website or any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions. IAS reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to co-operate with our defence of such claim.

22.    In no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential losses or damages of whatsoever kind arising out of access to, or the use of this website or any information contained in it, including loss of profit and the like whether or not in the contemplation of the parties, whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

23.    All software products downloaded from any section of this website or via a link pointed to by this website are downloaded, installed, and used totally and entirely at the users own risk.

24.    The exclusions and limitations contained in these Terms and Conditions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

25.    These Terms and Conditions contain all the terms of your agreement with us relating to your use of this website. No other written or oral statement (including statements in any brochure or promotional literature published by us) will be incorporated.

26.    The terms and conditions of the website and the Content shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Maldives and the Maldivian courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute which may arise in relation thereto. We reserve the right to bring proceedings in the Courts of the country of your residence.

27.    IAS (and any persons authorised by it), may at its sole discretion immediately suspend or terminate your right to use the website without any warning if it considers that you have contravened any of these Terms and Conditions. This is without prejudice to any other rights or remedies that IAS may have.

28.    IAS may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions and upon any such assignment it shall be relieved of any further obligation hereunder.
